Long Way Home–A Southern Odyssey: A feature-length adventure film re-telling the story of Homer's Odyssey set in North Carolina after the War of 1812. This YouthFilm project was shot in Rutherford and surrounding counties and features an all Rutherford County cast of young people and adults. $20
Ol' Fire Dragoman: This very amusing short (30 min.) film is an old Southern version mixing several even older European fairytales. Shot entirely in Rutherford County, the cast is made up entirely of Rutherford County young people and adults. $15
Rutherford County–Where Community Counts: A short historical video exploring the many varied communities in Rutherford County, and featuring breathtaking footage of the Great Flat Rock, Lake Lure/Chimney Rock, South Mountains, and other locations. The video concludes with a performances featuring over 800 Rutherford County students in the hilarious "Community Feud," taken from Rutherford County's bicentennial drama "200 Years Strong" by Diane McEnnerney. $10
The Historic Architecture of Rutherford County: The result of a year's research into the history of Rutherford County architecture, with over 200 pictures and histories of buildings selected by architectural historian Kimberly Merkel as being of particular historical interest. Published by Rutherford County Arts Council with support of NC Department of Archives and History and the County of Rutherford. $50
Ocean: A new composition by Louie Deviney for four synthesizers. Features three short movements evoking different moods of the sea. Conducted by Louie Deviney and performed by Diane McEnnerney, Mary Councill, Nadine Eichhorn, and Gail Jones. $10 not yet available
